Good afternoon Mr. Brown,

As American Asphalt is completing a complex and substantial project at one of our properties, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for how the job was handled.

From beginning to end, your team conducted themselves with professionalism and a level of expertise that made what I anticipated to be a nightmare of problems and effort of my part, both seamless and smooth.

Beginning with Bryce Kershaw who took the time to explain minute details to me and demonstrate total transparency during the quotation process and ending with Siever Sulewski who communicated with me every step of the way, this project felt as if it were on “autopilot” on a clear day.

James Wildish was instrumental in putting together a plan of attack to address the logistics of parking, school buses, trash dumpsters and pickup, etc. for 536 apartments spread over 28 buildings.  To say the least, this was nothing short of a monumental task which could easily have turned out to be a nightmare.

Instead, even with 3 days of torrential downpours, uncooperative folks who refused to move their vehicles, and multiple unforeseen issues including an underground pipe break and a collapsed storm drain, American Asphalt never missed a beat.  They daily communication with me and my staff was exceptional, the color-coded maps of the scheduled work and parking areas hung on all apartments, and the gigantic electronic sign updated daily all added to the success.  Each morning when I arrived on site, I found your employee “Roscoe” had already erected signs, cones, and instructions of where to park and a clear route for navigating our lot.  His tremendous work ethic and infectious smile help start my days off with a positive feeling.
